Sistah’s Steppin’ in Pride in Oakland, California

Saturday morning and afternoon, August 25, in Oakland was filled with drumming, marching, singing, chatting and making new friends. The day was warm. The Pride march/parade brought out about 200 women and the festival added about another 200 with several booths with local adoption, dating, gay & lesbian organizations making their presence known.
