Rainbow Veterinary Hospice

Rainbow Veterinary Hospice
Dr Cindy Exelby
, ,

Our mobile veterinary service provides one of the most needed services in veterinary medicine in Pinellas County Florida: a familiar, stress free place for you and your pet to spend the last moments together. Euthanasia is performed in the comfort of your home, and can even be in your pet’s most favorite location. In-home euthanasia for your pet can include their own comfortable bed, under their favorite tree, on their favorite dock or boat, or any other place they feel safe.

Dr. Cindy Exelby travels to your home, eliminating the emotional and sometimes painful ride to the veterinary hospital. If you so choose, you may want to gather friends and family in the quietness of home. Or you may choose the tranquil setting where only the immediate family is present. “Putting your dog or cat to sleep” is one of the most difficult things we have to face, and having those who love them most surrounding them with love makes the passage to the Rainbow Bridge so much easier.

Hospice care is dedicated to maintaining quality of life in the terminally ill or geriatric (senior) pet. The primary objectives are:
–pain management
–anxiety management
–providing comfortable care

We provide mobile and in-home euthanasia veterinary services in Pinellas County only: St Petersburg, St Pete Beach, Gulfport, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach, Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Pinellas Park, Largo, Safety Harbor, and Snell Isle.

The Rainbow Bridge poem exemplifies our dedication to providing a loving goodbye in the comfort of the pet’s home surrounded by friends and family. LGBT friendly.
